ABOUT INTECHSince 2004 till present time, National Agency for Entrepreneurship Technological Support (INTECH) Non-commercial Partnership has implemented more than 20 scientific research projects under the orders of the Federal Agency for Science and Innovations, Moscow Region Government, Far-East State University, Russian Association for Venture Financing in developing infrastructure for innovative technologies and small businesses and commercialization of technologies. 12 innovative projects have been implemented in collaboration with INTECH. Among other entities, the centre for business cooperation between Russia and APEC (Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation Forum) is operating within the INTECH structure, which interacts closely with the APEC Secretariat and with the APEC Secretariat work group on small businesses. More than 80% of specialists involved have Candidate's and Doctor's degrees. Due to the joint effort of the project team over 120 publications were issued. There are conditions for minimum 70 specialists to be working concurrently. INTECH and its management have been awarded with letters of appreciation and commendation by the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation and the Head of the Administration of the Town of Troitsk, Moscow Region. INTECH executive officers are members of nearly all councils, committees, organisations concerning small business activities at the federal and regional levels.
2006 to 2007 projects: - establishment of the centre for information technology transfer in the Moscow Region (Customer Ö Ministry of Industry and Science of the Moscow Region); - elaboration of innovative development concept for the Town of Troitsk, Moscow Region (Troitsk Town Administration); - development of the remote training system for small businesses in the Moscow Region (Committee for Entrepreneurship of the Moscow Region); - establishment of business cooperation with APEC countries in the area of innovative entrepreneurship (Federal Agency for Science and Innovations ÖRosnauka); - development of the coaching centre network of venture entrepreneurship in the Central Federal District (Rosnauka); - development of the strategy for ÓsciencetownsÔ (naukograd Ö a municipal formation with a strong research & production complex) on the basis of inter-municipal cooperation (Ministry of Industry and Science of the Moscow Region); - development of projects and business plans for business incubators in the towns of Troitsk, Moscow Region, Tambov, Krasnoyarsk, Ivanovo, Petrozavodsk, Stavropol; - elaboration of the innovative industrial park concept in the town of Troitsk, Moscow Region; - development and implementation of 15 innovative projects in the area of information technologies; - development of video conference communications for the system of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation); - development of the programme for innovations in the system of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation (the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation); - establishment of the centre for technology transfer in the Moscow Region (Ministry of Industry and Science of the Moscow Region); - establishment of the centre for innovative technologies of the Republic of Karelia (Rosnauka, Scientific Center of the Russian Academy of Sciences); - establishment of the centre for technology transfer in the Bryansk Region (Rosnauka, Bryansk Academy of Engineering and Technology.) More than 30 seminars on efficient staff training for innovative activities were conducted in 12 cities of the Russian Federation. Techniques used by INTECH and its partners are based on the highest world and Russian standards including Swedish teaching-by-doing technology, German technology of industrial parks and American technology of business incubators. |
